December 19 Car ride. What did you see? How did it smell? Did you eat anything as you drove there? Who were you with?
Best car ride would have to be, once again, my road trip from Michigan to California. I was able to see the whole country from the plains to the Colorado Rockies and the deserts of Utah and beyond. It definitely smelled like a father and daughter riding in the car non-stop for 4 days, a lot of chips, fast food and stale water.
December 20 New person. She came into your life and turned it upside down. He went out of his way to provide incredible customer service. Who is your unsung hero of 2009?
My unsung hero of 2009 would have to be... any random stranger that goes out of their way to tell me I am helpful, polite and just all around.. Nice. To me it's flattery and makes me feel quite good. It seems at times people only say something to you when they are not happy with the service you provide for them. But to say you are very helpful goes a long way and really makes a person feel good about themselves.
